Q. Do I need a consultation?

A. Yes, it is important for the specialist to analyze the skin and products you’ve been using. Also she will review your medical history with you to provide the most accurate treatment.

Q. Can I get a service after my consultation?

A. Yes, once we’ve gone over everything from analyzing the skin, to medical history, and skin concerns we can see what’s the best treatment for you.

Q. Do you take card payment?

A. Yes! We take accept cash, Debit card, Credit card, Apple Pay, Cash App, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle. Please note that Credit Cards will have an additional fee of 2.99%.

Q. Can I get add on services to enhance my facials?

A. Yes, we offer all sorts of add ons such as Dermplaning, LED light therapy, Chemical peels, Extractions, RadioFrequency and more.

Q. What if the service is for my minor child? Is there a certain age?

A. We treat minor as young as 11 years old or minors younger that have active acne or skin concerns.

Q. How do I book a service?

A. Click on the service you wish to receive. There will be a button below that says “Book now” you will click the button, and be redirected to our booking page.

Q. Do I have to pay a deposit?

A. Yes. per our policies we do require 50% of the service that is non-refundable to book. The deposit will be applied to the cost of your treatment.

Q. What if I can’t pay my deposit?

A. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t be able to book your service at that time.

Q. Is my information safe?

A. Absolutely! We take our clients records and health very seriously. Our record books are kept locked and secured. Only authorized personnel is allowed to view client records.

Q. Can I get a Gift Certificate?

A. Yes. We offer Gift cards where you will receive a redemption code or you can come in office and pick up a hard cover. You can gift them to yourself or a loved one.

Q. Do the Gift Certificates expire?

A. Yes. You will need to use your gift certificate within 1 year from the purchase date.

Q. What if I lose my Gift Certificate?

A. Unfortunately we are not responsible nor will we replace lost or stolen gift cards.

Q. Is there a refund policy?

A. Unfortunately we don’t not refund services or products. You can also review all our policies when booking.

Q. Is there a cancellation policy?

A. Yes. We ask that you call, text, or email us 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Your deposit can be applied to another date as long as its 24 hours or more. If not the deposit becomes non refundable and to book again you must pay another deposit fee. 2 cancellations you will no longer be able to book online. 3 Cancellations will be no longer be able to book any service. You can also review all our policies when booking.

Q. Can I book multiple appointments?

A. Yes! We encourage our clients to book ahead. Our books are very busy and booking ahead guarantees an appointment.

Q. What if I the appointment day I need is not available?

A. No problem. We do have a waitlist option for certain time frames/days that open up due to cancelled appointments. Once your name is at the top of our waitlist you will be informed either text, call, or email to confirm the available appointment.

Q. Do you offer discounts?

A. Yes! We have several discounts such as Veterans Discount 5% , Nurses Discounts 5%, Students Discount 5%, Clients who allow photos to be used as content 5$ off, Elderly Discount 5%, and more. For the job related discounts you must have proof you work in those fields such as ID, Badge, Student ID etc. Clients who allow photos to be used must sign a consent form to receive the 5$ off. Elderly Discount 55+ proof of ID.

Q. What if my acne is out of control and I need medication?

A. We have a Medical Director who over looks our records, if needed so we can set you up with a prescription and consult with the doctor.

Q. What if I have a major Contraindication for a service?

A. This may happen. This is why we stress the importance on being thorough with all medications, topical creams, food diets, allergies, etc to avoid complications. If there is something in your medical history you are not sure about, we will then need you to bring in a note from your physician giving the ok for a specific treatment. Based on the answers you provide on your forms we can come up with the best treatment option based on your needs and health conditions

Q. What if I’m on acne medication already?

A. Medications such as iso-tretinoin and accutane, you must be off of these medications for a minimum of 6 months with a medical clearance from your doctor to receive any facial service. For waxing you must be off of these medications for 1 year.

Q. Can I bring someone with me?

A. We want our clients to get the best experience in being relaxed and rejuvenated. Our treatment rooms are designed and spaced for 1:1 Services and is not recommended for additional guests.

Q. Can I bring my child/ children?

A. As much as we love children we ask that you keep them home. We have a lot of chemicals in our products that aren’t safe to be around children. We also aren’t liable if something happens.

Q. How often can I receive facials?

A. Every 28 days

Q. How often can I get waxed?

A. Every 4 weeks is recommended, hair growth should be the size of a grain of rice.

Q. Do I need to buy your Retail Products for my skincare.

A. We will never force anyone to buy our products. However, you may not see the desired results by using OTC products. Our professional products and retail products contain medical grade and active ingredients that maximizes the desired results.
